He will cost us a regular season game and he will get cut. Then joseph will be brought back in season.

Where he was drafted years ago matters not at all. And the competition isn't over.

All the Ks were pretty much automatic so far. Due to injuries (you can only carry a 90 man roster) they decided to release some Ks and QBs to make room for more camp bodies. What's the issue?

Now that competition is gone, Moody will start missing FGs all of a sudden in practice, not a game not a game. Practice!

Dude was missing them in practice already. From everything I saw, Joseph was better albeit by only a tiny margin. Feels like it was more of a motivational tactic, which I like but I have to believe Moody's days are numbered.

I agree about the motivational tactic. He will be on a short leash.

yessir. let's not underestimate moody. he's highly capable of losing a job comp out there by himself. i wouldn't put it past him. i'll believe he's on the week 1 roster when the game is live

To be fair, Moody missed 1 FG before he was injured and 9 after he was injured. His baseline is okay. The question is it possible for him to be better than okay.

Moody was always getting the job. They chalked up his issues last season to injury. Whether they are wrong or right, time will tell but even if Moody sucked, Joseph was never likely to get the job. He's just a journeyman that teams bring in to camp or to hold down the spot for a few games. Guy has been signed by one third of the NFL and has never stuck anywhere.
